At this time, I only ship within the United States.

Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees. If you need a guaranteed delivery date, please purchase USPS Priority Mail Express shipping during checkout.

No cancellations or exchanges are available once an order has shipped.

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer. CandiMaker is not liable for undelivered shipments as a result of an incorrect customer-provided address.

If there is a seller mistake concerning your order, I will send a corrected replacement free of charge. If there is a customer mistake in the personalization or other details for an order, the customer will need to repurchase the item with the correct information.

No refunds are available for damaged, delayed, or lost shipments; replacements will be provided in accordance with US consumer laws and CandiMaker policies.

If a product is damaged during shipment, please take photos of the damage and contact me as soon as possible for a replacement. NOTE: All product and packaging must be saved and possibly given to the customer's local post office, if required by the USPS.

If your order fails to arrive from USPS, please send me a message so I can look into the matter for you and see if a replacement is necessary.

For claims that an order was not received despite tracking information showing the package was delivered, a replacement will only be provided if the customer pays the shipping cost for the replacement order.
